Step 1 — Connect
Copy this into your AI once. That's the whole setup.
- In Claude, open Settings → Connectors
- Click Add custom connector
- Paste this in:
https://api.ijoin.ai/mcp
When it asks for a key, paste ij_live_••••••••••••fad0 — yours, from below.
Run this once, in your project folder.
claude mcp add --transport http ijoin https://api.ijoin.ai/mcp --header "Authorization: Bearer ij_live_••••••••••••fad0"
Cursor, Windsurf, ChatGPT and most others take a connector too. Give yours this address and your key — or send this page to whoever looks after your website.

Step 2 — Ask for what you want
Copy one of these and send it. Your AI takes it from there.
Build me a page where people can join my gym online, using iJoin. Show my real plans and prices from iJoin — don't make any up. When someone picks a plan, send them to iJoin's checkout to finish. Don't build your own signup form and don't ask anyone for their name, address or card details. iJoin's checkout handles all of that safely. Make it look like https://citywide.example.
Add a class timetable page to my site, using iJoin. Show my real classes grouped by day, with the instructor for each one, and let people filter by class type.
Build a page where people can pick which of my locations they want, using iJoin. Show each location's address, opening hours and starting price. My prices are different at each location, so use the real ones for each. Once they pick a location, take them into joining that one.
I've connected iJoin. What can you build for my gym, and what do my current plans and prices look like?
You can also just talk to it normally — "make the buttons blue", "put the cheapest plan first", "add a photo of the gym". It already knows about your clubs and pricing.
Your key
| Name | Key | Mode | Last used | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Default (test) | ij_test_••••••••••••e1be | Test | 7h ago | |
| Production | ij_live_••••••••••••fad0 | Live | 1h ago |
Treat this like a password. It only ever works for your own locations — nobody else's.
What about my members' details?
They never touch us. When someone joins, their card and personal details go straight to your billing provider — the same place they already live. We only ever see that a join happened, which plan they chose and where they came from. That is why your reporting is safe to share with anyone, and why the instructions above tell your AI not to build its own signup form.
Stuck?
Ask Ivy — she knows how gyms set this up and can walk you through it in plain English.
